![]() How to Return an Item:Our returns policy only applies to items purchased from the TradeMarque Tools website. You may be required to supply proof of purchase to return items. It also only applies to non account holders (for returns policy for account holders please see the terms for your account). Our "no quibble" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to us as long at it is in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We must stress that the item must be returned un-used and in its original packing. Any items returned which are deemed to have been used or unpackaged may still be accepted at our discretion but a handling fee for the return may be applied. This will be discussed with you before any charge is applied. Please note that returns under our "no quibble" returns policy does not include the cost of carriage. The cost of carriage will only be refunded on purchases which are received in error, damaged or faulty. See details below for our policy covering this type of return. It is your responsibility to return goods to us if you are returning them under our "no quibble" guarantee. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Returning Items Damaged in Transit If you take delivery of a TradeMarque Tools package and the contents (or some of the contents) have been damaged in transit you can return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for exchange. Please email our enquiries@trademarquetools.co.uk email address and advise us of the item(s) damaged within 24 hours of receiving your parcel and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent and/or the damaged goods to be collected. We will also email to you our Authorised Returns paperwork which must be completed and returned with the goods. If the items are able to be posted we may request that you post them back to us recorded delivery along with a receipt for the postage and we will refund you the cost of the return. If you are asked to sign for a TradeMarque Tools delivery and the packaging of the parcel you are signing for is clearly open/ripped/damaged or has carrier re-seal tape on it please ensure you sign the carriers paperwork as "received damaged". Please then check the goods off against the delivery invoice enclosed with your order or your order confirmation receipt and if the contents are found to be damaged or missing please follow the procedure outlined above and inform us so we can exchange/replace the damaged/missing goods for you. If the parcel is severely damaged you can refuse delivery and ask them to "return it to sender". If this does happen please email our enquiries@trademarquetools.co.uk address and advise us of your refusal so we can ensure the parcel is returned to us and can arrange for a new delivery to be sent out to you. In your email to us please provide us with your order reference and your address so we can quickly identify your order and track the parcel. Please note that before any damaged item(s) can be returned you must inform us, via email, within 24 hours of receiving your delivery of your intention to return damaged goods so that we can email to you our Authorised Returns paperwork which needs to accompany any return. Please note proof of purchase will need to be enclosed with your return and/or details of your order number for the purchase to enable us to identify quickly your order details. Returns Policy for "incorrect" Goods. If upon receiving your parcel you have received an item which is incorrect please email our enquiries@trademarquetools.co.uk address, within 24 hours of receipt, detailing what is incorrect with your order. In your email please state your order reference and the document number of the delivery invoice sent with the goods. We will then email back to you our Authorised Returns paperwork to be completed and sent back with the goods as proof of return. We will then arrange for the incorrect item(s) to be collected from you during normal working hours using our carrier or if the item(s) is(are) small we may ask you to return it in the recorded post and we will refund the cost of this postage. Upon the receipt of the incorrect item we will re-send to you the correct item. We will also ensure that you are not charged for the incorrect parts. You should be able to check this yourself by matching up your order confirmation print taken when placing your order to the delivery invoice sent with your goods. Any discrepancies will be investigated and refunded within 30 days if found to be incorrect. Returns Policy for Defective/Warranty items You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time. Any faulty items must be notified to TradeMarque tools as soon as the fault is noticed. Please keep all warranty information that accompanies your item as this will be needed should there be a fault. You will also need your proof of purchase to confirm that the item has been purchased through the TradeMarque Tools web site. We can still accept warranty returns back which have not be purchased through the web site however it is your responsibility to return them, we will not collect them at our cost. In the unlikely event that you have a faulty item please email us at enquires@trademarquetools.co.uk and inform us of the part that is at fault, what the fault is and any details relating to your proof of purchase such as order number or WorldPay reference etc. If you are unsure of your order reference please confirm the approximate date of purchase and the original delivery address. We will then be able to trace your order through our own records. We will arrange to collect the faulty/defective item from your address within 14 days. There is no cost to you for this facility. We will then inspect and either repair or replace at our discretion and return back to you within 30 days of receiving it back to us unless we advise otherwise. If the goods are from another manufacturer other than our TradeMarque or Hallmark brand the item(s) will be returned to the relevant manufacturer for them to inspect and decide upon. If the item is small and able to be posted we may ask you to post it back to us by recorded delivery and a refund of this charge will be issued to you within 30 days of receiving the delivery. Please note if upon return the faulty item is deemed to have been broken through no manufacturing fault and has been miss-used by the user then the repair to the item may be deemed chargeable. You will be informed of this via email within 30 days of receiving the goods back to us. The cost of return may also be charged back under such circumstances. All TradeMarque and Hallmark branded products are manufactured to the highest standards and are guaranteed against either defective materials and/or workmanship when used for the purpose for which they were designed. This guarantee does not extend to fair wear and tear or moving parts, such as ratchet mechanism, torque wrench linkages or consumable parts such as replacement bits for bit sockets. Torque wrench calibrations are also not covered under warranty.
