![]() Statutory Rights (For UK Consumers Only)At TradeMarque Tools we want you to be happy every time you shop on-line with us. Occasionally however we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 14 day guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and packaging, un-used within 14 days of the date you received the item. By law customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of any item within 7 working days of the day after the date the items is delivered. This applies to all of our products as long as they have not been used or unpack from their original packaging. There may be some circumstances where your right to cancel may be void which are for certain services offered such as subscription fees where these begin as soon as you confirm your order. It would also apply to goods which have been made to personal specifications or personalised. If you wish to seek confirmation of such circumstances please email your enquiry to enquiries@trademarquetools.co.uk before placing your order and we will be only to happy to help. To cancel your purchase within the 7 working day "cooling off" period please email us at enquires@trademarquetools.co.uk and advise us of your request. We will then email to you our Authorised Returns paperwork to be printed and the necessary sections completed. This paperwork will need to be sent back with the goods as proof of authorised return. After completing the Returns paperwork and securely parcelling up and labelling the items to be returned please return them to us (at the address stated on our Authorised Returns paperwork) so that we receive the parcel within 7 working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as no claim can be made for returns that have not arrived back with us without a signature to confirm receipt. Alternatively we can arrange for our designated carrier to collect the returns on your behalf between the hours of 9:00 and 17:00 Monday to Friday. A written quote for this service will be agreed before the collection is arranged. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us unless we delivered the items to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of an order under the 7 working days "cooling off" period we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item(s) as soon as the item(s) has been received back at our premises and cleared through our Returns Department. We endeavour to complete this process within 30 working day of receiving the returned item(s) back.
