At TradeMarque Tools Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or need to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

- To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unused and in its original condition

- Returned with all original packaging, accessories and documentation

- Suitable for resale

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to an error on our part.

If an item is found to be defective, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue. We will arrange a suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued for the product value only and do not include any original delivery charges unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.
