Extending 173–223mm Telescopic Handle
The SREF170 features an adjustable telescopic handle that extends from 173mm to 223mm.
At its shortest 173mm setting, the ratchet remains compact and easy to manoeuvre, making it particularly useful when access around the fastener is limited.
When additional leverage or reach is required, the handle can be extended up to 223mm.
Increasing the effective handle length provides greater mechanical leverage, allowing additional turning force to be applied with less effort compared with using the ratchet in its fully retracted position.
180° Locking Flex-Head with 10 Positions
The ratchet head pivots through 180° and locks into 10 different positions, providing considerably greater flexibility than a conventional fixed-head ratchet.
The adjustable head allows the handle to be positioned around surrounding components and at more convenient working angles when direct access to a fastener is difficult.
Unlike a free-moving flex-head, the locking mechanism securely holds the selected angle during use, providing greater control when applying force.
