Professional 5-Sided Tamperproof Torx Plus / TS Socket Set
The Britool Hallmark 10-Piece 3/8" Drive 5-Sided Tamperproof Torx Plus / TS Bit Socket Set is a specialist automotive socket set designed for working with 5-point security Torx Plus fasteners, commonly referred to as TS fasteners.
Unlike conventional 6-point Torx fasteners, these specialist fixings feature a 5-sided star profile. The bits also incorporate a centre security hole, allowing them to engage with compatible tamper-resistant fasteners featuring a centre pin.
Covering sizes TS8 through to TS50, this set is particularly useful for professional mechanics and technicians working on modern vehicle systems where specialist security fasteners are increasingly encountered.
5-Sided Tamperproof TS Profile
These are specialist 5-point / 5-sided security bits and should not be confused with conventional 6-point Torx or standard Torx Plus sockets.
