The Foxwell BT715 builds on the success of the well-regarded BT705, now offering expanded compatibility with AGM and EFB Start-Stop battery types. Despite its advanced capabilities, it's designed to remain user-friendly, delivering a detailed evaluation of both the condition and charge status of 12V batteries as well as 12V/24V charging systems.
Once connected to a battery, the BT715 instantly displays the current voltage. After answering a few simple prompts—such as whether the battery is installed in a vehicle, the battery type, the industry standard, and the rated CCA—the device provides an in-depth health analysis. Users can then run further tests, including engine start and high-load operations (with accessories like headlights and heaters turned on), to analyse how the battery performs under strain and how effectively it charges.
